Pre-Arrival
☐ Complete pre-drop off call with customer
1. Confirm date and time of drop off
2. Enter note into Mitchell Connect or CCC
Drop-Off
☐ At time of drop-off, review damage with customer side-of-vehicle.
1. Discuss related and unrelated damages. Mark-Up vehicle with markers, Green is related, red is unrelated. Take photos of marked areas. Take photos of all damaged areas.
2. If damages are not consistent or there are any issues, bring these to Progressive’s attention.
☐ Obtain the owners permission to repair the vehicle (whether drive or non drive) with a written authorization. (This may include an electronic signature).
☐ Enter the “Arrived at Shop” Repair Status in Mitchell Connect or CCC.
☐ Bring the vehicle inside for disassembly. Prepare the vehicle for team blueprint meeting.
☐ Write Estimate base on insurance company guidelines.
☐ Take Photos of all damaged parts not photographable until after tear down.
☐ Upload estimate and photos through Mitchell Connect or CCC.
☐ Enter Damage Notes
a. For Progressive your damage notes must include your thought process and explain why decisions were made if not obvious in photos.
b. This includes any explanations why any scans were written for on the estimates.
Any Parts deviations need to be discussed in Mitchell Connect or APU(parts system)
c. List out any open items
☐ Call the customer to go over the estimate. Enter notes into Mitchell Connect or CCC.
☐ Email a copy of the estimate to the customer. As well as the Authorization form
1. Log into docusign at http://docusign.com. The username is collisioncenter@kcpremierauto.com.The password is Mainstreet555* .
2. Click on “Templates”
3. Click on “Authorization RO”
4. Click on “Use”
5. Enter in the Customers Name and Email address and click “Send”in the bottom right hand corner.
It will alert you via email when the document has been viewed and when it has been signed and returned. You can then click on the link in your email to view the retuned document. Print a copy out and scan it into the documents folder in Rome to the correct RO
When entered into Rome all progress buttons will be Red. The screen is designed to be read left to right, top to bottom.
